Welcome to Southbound. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

Southbound is a luxury resort wear brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Southbound. All references to "you" or "your" refer to the customer.

2. Use of the Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing it under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of, or restrict the use of, any third party.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of certain pieces.

We reserve the right to amend prices, discontinue products, or update collections at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance; acceptance occurs upon dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, any amount paid will be reversed to the original payment method.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later services via Tabby and Tamara.

Cash on Delivery is available at no additional fee.

All online transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with full encryption. We do not store your card details.

For BNPL purchases, your agreement with Tabby or Tamara is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the UAE (1–3 business days) and GCC (5–7 business days). Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.

7. Exchanges

We operate an exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are accepted within [7/14] days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are eligible with the delivery fee deducted from the overall value.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at wearsouthbound@outlook.com with your order number.

We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the item does not meet the conditions above.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, logos, and branding — is the property of Southbound and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southbound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to such processing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
