What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Buy Now, Pay Later options via Tabby and Tamara are also available at checkout, letting you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes — Cash on Delivery is available at no additional fee.

Is my payment information secure?

Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?

We offer exchanges within [7/14] days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Please note we do not offer refunds — exchanges only.

How do I start an exchange?

Email wearsouthbound@outlook.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll arrange the rest.

Are there any charges for exchanges?

Exchanges are eligible with the delivery fee deducted from the overall value.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in cm. If you're between sizes, we recommend reaching out to us for a fit recommendation before ordering.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — size exchanges are available within the exchange window, subject to stock availability, with the delivery fee deducted.
