What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Buy Now, Pay Later options via Tabby and Tamara are also available at checkout, letting you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes — Cash on Delivery is available at no additional fee.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with full encryption. We never store your card details.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Exchanges are accepted within 4 business days of delivery. Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery. Items must remain in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and free from defects or damage, with original tags and packaging intact.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email hello@southbound.ae with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll arrange the rest.

Are there any charges for exchanges?

Exchanges are eligible with the delivery fee deducted from the overall value.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in cm. If you're between sizes, we recommend reaching out to us for a fit recommendation before ordering.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — size exchanges are available within the exchange window, subject to stock availability, with the delivery fee deducted.

Product & Care

How should I care for my pieces?

We recommend gentle cold wash or dry cleaning, laying flat or hanging to dry, and low-heat ironing. Avoid tumble drying to preserve fabric quality.
